I think you have a recipe for a discrimination law suit....This is a form of discrimination checking someones credit and discrediting them because of it is a form of discrimination(also this is not the basis for hire only a background check is relevant/ we no longer have privacy which is our right). It is sad that we as a nation cannot come together and fight for our rights but can waste such energy on the blame game its sickening.

I don't blame the man, but I didn't vote for him expecting the 2nd coming. He's a man. I mean, blaming Bush was fun, but I think we all knew he wasn't single-handedly ruining the country.
I think we as Christians should stick to what we know and blame the Devil.

I blame Obama for not recognizing the game that they are playing out here when it comes to jobs. Asking for stupid credit checks and unnecessary background checks for jobs, and also security clearances, even the most basic of jobs. Credit has nothing to do with the quality of employee you are. Only do background checks for dealing with children... See More. How is someone able to move on and have a better life if people keep holding them down. It wasn't a concern to the masses because they didn't care. But now with the economy down and many people applying for jobs, now they are seeing the real deal others have to contend with everyday. So even Mr. Corporate Exec./Mgr. who loss his home and living with family now, has to fight with jobs who ask for credit and don't want to give you a job because you're behind on mortgage, loss your home, have to do bankruptcy, going through a divorce, or whatever.

But every time you look in the news, its the rich, not the poor, that's doing all the major stealing. During his campaign, he said he knows of this, sees how it directly affects minorities, preventing them from jobs, and would sign an exec. order in the beginning of his term. Still waiting.......
