He got some other woman pregnant, he wanted Mashonda to name that baby, and then he had the gall to say she had to make a choice? WTF? I hope I read that wrong….

I thought Mashonda handled it like a lady. Her responses were very mature and it really does seems that she has let it go and let God. I say this because of her responses. If she truly wasn’t over it, I think her responses would have been a little more bitter, angry, scarred and wounded, but they weren’t! One major way of knowing if a person is over a situation or not is how the respond to or the WAY they bring it up. The past will always exist and sometimes it comes up every now and again. The great challenge/test you face that proves you’re over it…..is HOW YOU RESPOND.I think after all she has been through, this interview definitely shows growth(growing pains). Like I said, she handled like a WOMAN and also a mother. She totally removed herself out the picture and looked at the bigger picture. Now how many of us woman can do that?? I’m sure wasn’t easy and she didn’t say it was…but it really look like she gave it over to God and He has her at peace.

As far as Alicia Keys and Swiss Beats, I don’t hate them. I just don’t agree with what they did…Karma is a what!?!?! You reap what you sow..in one way or another….

Reply to Ohplease: It would be easy if celebrities weren’t involved…when its celebrities…everyone wants to know what’s going on!! So it maybe easy said than done….

so for ten years he cheated on her and she stayed now she wants to blame alicia??? she is the very reason why the HIV and AIDS rates are high in african american women. i dont understand women feel the need to keep sharing the same sorry lowlife man and never make him wear a condom.

Im so sick of them and he’s to blame she’s to Blame. Mashonda needs to stop giving interviews about this mess. If you’re over it then remove then names Alicia and Swizz from your vocabulary. There is truth in both sides so only them 3 know the truth. Everybody needs to stay in their corner, parent the kids and live their lives. Also I could swear they separated in 2007, So why she keep bringing up 2008. But its doesnt even matter! STOP TALKING about it! If you were wronged trust you will get your just rewards but all this extra stuff is gonna mess with your blessings. Time to let it go baby!

Once my divorce was final,I changed my name with the quickness– it doesn’t affect my child. It’s a shame what’s going on but the best “revenge” for Mashonda is to drop a hot album–and I don’t see that happening (thus the interview)…

Mashonda is blessed to be rid of the playa she was married to. Karma baby & she is a real bitch. AK…I have NO respect for her. And she can be certain he will do the same to her as he did to his first wife. It is very true, if he cheated on his wife with you, he will most certainly cheat on you with another. They (cheaters) don’t change when they see they can get away with it. I have lived this nightmare on more than one occasion. b Yes, it takes two to tango, but if women would quit playing with another woman’s man, there would be no one to cheat with. AK obviously doesn’t respect herself or she would have never taken up with another woman’s man. That’s just tacky. When he music or hubby’s come on the radio, I change the channel. I will never purchase either one of these people’s music because I am a woman of principle. Obviously neither one of them are. My hat is off to Mashonda for being a lady about it all. best of luck to her. She is far better than either one of those two.
