Thanks for publishing this article and thanks Dr. B for your comments. You hit the mail right on the head. Communication is key to a successful relationship/marriage. I’m getting ready to celebrate 18 years of wonderful marriage in May with my Queen and it has been those “thank yous” and “I like it when you…” that has helped and strengthend our relationship.

Ladies, I agree with Melo! Please let those of us who do these things know regularly that you appreciate what we do! I guarantee you that if you don’t then all those little things that you like that were detailed in this article will LESSEN and maybe stop all together. The next time that he gives you his undivided attention when listening to you, make sure that you tell him “Thank You!” or “I really appreciate you listening and caring!” Don’t just “EXPECT” it. This behavior will help continue the behavior/actions from him that you most want!

Omgosh!!!! Wow, this is on point I honestly started getting all watery-eyed ’cause this is SO TRUE. This is what I really appreciate about my boyfriend. He is an amazing man, who does all these things and more and all I can say is wow….I was kinda skeptical before I read this ’cause I was like “how is she gonna tell guys what I want, one woman really speak for me?….” The answer is a CLEAR….YES!!!!! *Bravo*
