Looks like Fantasia might end up in court for her new love. Apparently in North Carolina, it is allowed for someone to sue for infidelity if you can prove that the party was married when the affair began. In 2004 a jury awarded someone $1.4 million under the law Criminal Conversion. Criminal Conversion allows wives to sue the homewrecker. Word on the street is that Antwaun Cook, Fantasia’s man is still married and that his wife is looking into this. This will be interesting as Fantasia has denied even knowing Cook even though pictures of them together are all over the internet AND she had his name tattooed on her at one point. Girl I am sorry but no penis is worth all of this damn trouble. You could not find an unmarried man? Or even better, waited till he was at least divorced before you went and tattooed his name on you.
