Remember the Teli Tequila and Shawn Merriman incident a few months ago? The one where Tila claims that Merriman had her in his home and would not allow her to leave. She also said that he became physical with her and left bruises on her body. Well, she is suing him for for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress and seeking unspecified damages. Cha ching, let the cash register ring. Athletes, especially my Black ones, why put yourself in this situation? You know that there are vultures just waiting on your downfall or a way to get a piece of your bank account. Why give them ammo by putting your hands on someone? A woman of all people. That really makes you look like a brute. Were they even a couple? There is always two sides to a story but if the bruises on Tequila are tellling hers… Shawn Merriman, you’re a genius…..
