Good ole’ Bobby Brown has a new book coming out about his life and marriage to Whitney Houston. In this book he is alleging that Whitney only married him to cover up rumors of being gay and to preserve her good girl image. I am a little confused on this one Bobby. Why would someone marry you to keep their good girl image? If memory serves me right, you were known as the bad boy of music at the time. It is not computing for me Bobby. Help me understand! Oh well. He goes on to say that rumors of Whitney being gay were reoccurring which is why she needed to “clean up her image”. Uh, ok Booby, and you were real clean. Marrying Bobby Brown the cocaine sniffing R and B crooner is not my version of keeping your image clean. I think Bobby is stretching it. Peep the excerpt via Perez Hilton below:

In Whitney’s situation, the only solution was to get married and have kids. That would kill all speculation, whether it was true or not.”
Truth be told, I am surprised it has taken Bobby this long to write a tell all book. What has changed now? Did the checks dry up? People will do something strange for some change.
